Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

At Carliftyy, we take pride in offering a clear and professional return policy. We understand that purchasing automotive lifts and heavy-duty shop equipment is a major investment, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled at any time before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return in accordance with our return policy.

Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately. Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund. Our customer support team is available during business hours to assist you promptly.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. This includes:

  • Specially configured lifts
  • Customized equipment
  • Specialty-ordered machinery

These items are built to your specifications and considered final sale.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns for most standard items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment processing fees (2.9%–5.99%) and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee (typically around 20%).

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions. Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice damage:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • Report the issue within 5 business days to contact@Carliftyy.com.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a partial refund. Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return or replacement.

Shipping Times

We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are based on manufacturer and carrier information. Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, seasonal volume, or carrier delays.

Carliftyy cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Most equipment includes a 1–5 year limited manufacturer warranty. For a warranty claim, email:

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may slow the resolution process. Fraudulent chargebacks violate our terms and may be pursued legally.
